Our comprehensive Facilitator Leadership Certification is state of the art. Facilitators applying our Learning Approach and targeted coaching techniques through this certification process have become recognized as top performers and well-respected leaders in their organizations.
We offer three levels of certification. Each level can be completed individually to become part of Source Potential’s facilitator network. Group certifications are company sponsored to deploy training and learning initiatives throughout the organization.
Level One: PASSION
Facilitators are certified to deliver the YOU level of Source Potential’s Learning Approach to connect to their passion and develop their individual potential.
Individual: To become eligible for Source Potential’s facilitator network, this level of certification is required with an observation of first delivery.
Group: Facilitator candidates are selected in an organization to deploy training curriculum or a company culture change initiative with using the Source Potential Learning Approach at the YOU level.
Level Two: POWER
Facilitators are certified to deliver the OTHERS level of Source Potential’s Learning Approach to learn the power of working with others and developing their potential.
Individual: This is a required certification for every facilitator in Source Potential’s network and can be conducted in conjunction with Level One Certification.
Groups: For organizations, Level Two Certification is used for coaching and development in the workplace after Level One Certification.
Level Three: PERFORMANCE
Facilitators are certified to deliver the PROCESS level of Source Potential’s Learning Approach to inspire and increase levels of performance immediately.
Individual: This is a required certification for every facilitator in Source Potential’s network and qualifies as the final level for Master Facilitator consideration. Master Facilitators are able to conduct Facilitative Leadership Certifications.
Group: For organizations, Level Three Certification is used to increase performance levels by putting change plans in action immediately. Level One or Level Two Certification is a prerequisite.
