After having taught intermediate and junior high school students for almost a decade, a powerful vision compelled me to pursue my passion for creating innovative learning methods. This vision marked the beginning of the discovery journey to my source potential. I first started writing textbooks for learning activities and trained teachers in new methods. Afterwards, I served as master facilitator and consultant for a global training company. Eventually, I developed innovative training curriculums for organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies.

The experience of training globally and learning first-hand the cultural differences in human development had the most impact during my journey.  It was enlightening to discover one common thread that connected all human beings:  Everyone has a passion and desire to truly understand what they are here to contribute. By tapping into their own ‘source potential’ and being able to ‘connect, learn and inspire’ they can change their world.
